Program description
When you create a Treetop household account, the two account owners (parents) may opt in to receive SMS schedule reminders and brief-ready notifications about their own family's commitments (school, sports, activities). Messages are sent only to the two adults who created the account. There is no public sign-up; this is a private, invite-only program.
How to opt in
Opt-in is collected during account setup: each parent reviews and accepts the one-page family data agreement, which includes explicit consent to receive these text messages at the mobile number they provide. This program does not support opt-in by texting a keyword.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages only for time-sensitive schedule reminders and daily brief notifications — typically no more than a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Treetop does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at / 901-871-0029.
STOP / opt-out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also turn off SMS in your account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
